Rated voltage 35kV and below, copper-core and aluminum-core cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables: GB/T12706-2020, GB/T1966-2019, IEC60502

The performance of cross-linked polyethylene insulated (flame-retardant) power cables complies with the national standard GB/T12706-2020, and their flame-retardant properties comply with the national standard GB/T1966-2019.

The cable is used for transmission and distribution systems with rated voltages of 0.6/1, 1.8/3, 3.6/6, 6/6, 6/10, 8.7/10, 8.7.15/5, 12/20, 21/35, 26/35KV. The cable is used in electric transmission and distribution sytrern operation at rated voltage of 0.6/1.1.8/3,3.6/6,6/6,6/10,8.7/10,8.7/15,12/20,21/35,26/35KV

The product was tested by the authorization dept.of national wire & cable-National qualitysupervising & testing center for cable and wire and antiflame construction material,All the technical functions are up to the enterprise standard requirements of 0/2Rx003.The main function exceed jcs376 Japan Standard Requirement of “with Branch Cable” italso passed provinicial technology approval and gained national patent,it is mainly suitable for power supply units and controllerswitching equipment transmitting electicity with 1000V rated voltage and below in middle and high building, industrial and mininguit, enterprise unit and instition.

Aluminum alloy conductors originated in North America and have been widely used as cable conductor materials since the 1970s. Aluminum alloy conductor cables have been widely used in residential, commercial, industrial and military projects due to their advantages of safety, reliability, stable operation, and high cost performance. At present, more than 80% of low-voltage product applications in Europe and the United States are aluminum alloy conductor cables, and 40% of medium-voltage cable products are aluminum alloy conductor cables.

1)The long-time working temperature of cable should not be higher than 70℃. 2)When core is in short-circrit (max 5s)the temperature should not excced 160℃.

Bending radius of single core cable is 20(d+D)±5%Bending radius ofmulti-core cable is 15(d+D)±5%D=Aetual outer diameter of cable sample(mm)d=Aetual diameter of the comductor(mm)
