Job Responsibilities
1. Independently manage product operations for the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, tracking requirements, and monitoring product performance post-launch;
2. Establish effective data tracking mechanisms based on operational goals and the current state of the product, drive optimization of operational strategies in line with business development requirements, and oversee the implementation of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor movements, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
